Talim's Japanese voice actress is Yukari Tamura. She was born on February 27, 1976 and hails from Fukuoka. She has had a number of other anime and video game voice acting roles, including Ranpha Framboise in Galaxy Angel, Tenten in Naruto, Ichigo Morino in Onegai Teacher & Onegai Twins, Misha in Pita Ten, Haruhi Nishizono and Natsume Nishizono in Read or Die TV, Kanami Yuta in Scryed, and Michiru in Air.

Talim is voiced by Julie Parker in the English version of Soul Calibur II. I can't find much information on her, but IMDB lists two roles for her, Talim and Dana in Shadow of Destiny.

Since Soul Calibur III, Talim's voice actress changed to Hynden Walch. She was born on February 1, 1971 in Iowa and has a had a number of voice acting roles, in video games, anime, and American cartoons. She has also made a few live action TV and movie appearances. Some notable voice roles include Hitomi in Dead or Alive Xtreme 2, Estelle in Tales of Vesperia, Yutaka Kobayakowa in Lucky Star, Nia in Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, and Starfire in Teen Titans.
